GeneralSummary….

TheBusiness Intelligence Analyst performs a broad range of operations researchanalysis assignments for unique data problems requiring creativity, innovativeuse of techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies. The position will deliver insights that willeducate and influence key business decision-making with our Customer,Operations and Support teams.

This position will beresponsible for…..

  • Works directly with Operations,IT, and Support functions to analyze and develop best-in-class fulfillmentpractices (tools, systems, materials, people assets).

  • Serve as an Operations SubjectMatter Expert with WMS, Order Fulfillment, Conveyance and Time Keeping systems andworks directly with IT to configure, test, and integrate WMS, ERP, and MRPsystems.

  • Actively participatesin strategic projects directly with the Customer serving as the primary focalpoint for production data mining and data analysis.

  • Designs and leadscomplex experiments, often with multiple variables, gathers data and performsroot cause analysis as well as recommends corrective actions.

  • Performprocess and capacity analysis as directed by documenting product, resource andinformation flow in current operations using tools such as value stream maps,process flow diagrams/control procedures, and time and motion studies.

  • Develop,justify, and implement process improvements, technological upgrades, andautomation and or redesigns of existing processes/equipment/layout

  • Instructs and appliesQDM, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and practices to achieve operationalexcellence.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree orits equivalent with 1-4 years of relevant experience.

  • In lieu of degree, highschool diploma or GED and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience data mining and report generation capabilitiesusing relational database applications (i.e. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) andBI tools (i.e. Spotfire, Tableau. MS Power BI).

  • Experience developingand testing workflows within WMS environment.

  • Technical familiaritywith logistics and ecommerce order fulfillment center operations.

  • Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility toensure data is accurate and presents a clear message.

  • Communication skillsare essential as will be working with senior management and cross functional teamsand will need to motivate and evolve Direct Labor Staff.

  • Self-starting,inquisitive individual with initiative to investigate, research, and identifythe root cause of problems, and initiate corrective action.

  • Position requiresstrong analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving tools/methods.

** Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education/training and a candidate’s work experience.

Pay Range: 57836.0 (Min) - 83787.0 (Mid) - 109739.0 (Max) Yearly
