Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for providing Regional oversight of Trust Operations employees and assisting with the overall management of Trust Processing and Reporting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Trust/Wealth Mangement Operations experience including hands-on experience with Cash Processing and/ or Securities Transactions. The candidate has demonstrated a deep understanding of all activities performed by a Trust/Wealth Management organization and managing Operational Risk. Strong communication, coaching and team building skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates day to day activities of regional Trust Operations-Middle or Back-office employees to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and adherence to Policies and Procedures and assists with all Audits and Examination. Oversees centralized Trust Operations functions including but not limited to processing Fee Income New Account On-boarding, Incoming /Outgoing Securities Transfers, Trading, Income posting, ACH/Check processing and shadow accounting to ensure the overall accuracy of processes and deadlines are met. Provides system and processing support to the Trust Operations Department staff and other departments of First National Trust Company (FNTC) and to the Finance Department on fee income issues. Performs various other duties that may include the documentation and review of Trust Operations Department Policies and Procedures, Statement Processing, On-line Client access, System Administration, backup duties to the Manager of Wealth Operations and specialized reporting and training of FNTC personnel. Assists with the production and review of specialized FNTC and regulatory reports to ensure that FNTC is following regulatory reporting requirements including timely and accurate tax and statement reporting for clients and all SEC, OCC, SOC, SOX and Internal Audit Reporting. Leads special projects to improve the organizations workflows, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. Develop and coordinate initiatives that mitigate and reduce risk to the organization. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
