We're seeking a future team member in the role of Representative, Client Processing to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provides quality client service and support to internal clients and occasionally external clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Under direct supervision, performs routine operational tasks in a product or functional area, processing updates to client accounts or company records and ensuring that data is feeding into the right system. Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs. Accurately opens and updates accounts or company records. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
