Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable individual. The Project Coordinator opportunity requires a task-oriented, detail focused individual who is passionate about supporting our Installers, Project Managers, and Customers alike.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation and preparation of sales proposals, project manuals, and maintenance manuals
Maintain CRM to assist with sales activity and pipeline management
Create project files for new projects
Generate purchase orders and assist with parts/equipment ordering
Assist with monthly customer invoicing
Review and approve vendor invoices
Follow-up on equipment ship dates and deliveries
Issue return requests for excess material and equipment
Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Efficient in computer programs such as Excel, Work, Outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to get things done, overcome obstacles, and deliver results
Must have ability to multitask and to be a team player
