We are looking for a hardworking Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our cleaning crew. As a cleaning technician, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to the client's location, apply stain or cleaning treatments, and ensuring all work is completed to high standards. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate, experience and familiarity with various cleaning techniques, and equipment is a plus.

The duties of this job include good communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Ultimately, a top-class carpet cleaning technician is friendly and efficient while providing a high-quality services. In some cases, you may have to move furniture for floor access or be asked to perform other light cleaning tasks. Lead Carpet Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and floors.
• Repairing, patching and stretching carpet.
• Carefully removing furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned.
• Cleaning carpets and floors using machine and hand-washing techniques.
• Drying carpets using drying machines.
• Resetting the furniture.
• Follow workplace safety standards

Floor Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Previous work experience as a carpet cleaning technician is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• Physical stamina
• Attention to detail
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture.

Pay based upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
