Carmeuse Americas Human Resources Intern in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as required
Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
Assist with the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs for company personnel
Assist with recruitment efforts including: job posting, interviews, and new hire processes
Collaborate with payroll department on compensation, wellness and benefits data processing.
Provide timely and accurate customer service in interactions with HR field personnel and employees.
Create e-learnings to aid in the development of employee base
Participate in Corporate training programs
Assist in coordinating sustainability and corporate events
Requirements:
Qualified candidates pursuing an Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Excellent analytical, cognitive and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to details
Excellent verbal and written skills; superior PC, Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluency in oral and written English
