How will you make an impact?

The Commercial Effectiveness Manager, Corporate Accounts will drive enterprise change management initiatives and commercial training strategies to meet the growing demands of our foundational and enterprise toolsets. This role requires a leader with extensive experience in commercial impact training, organizational development, and change management to enhance the effectiveness of commercial enablement tools, thereby boosting the productivity and impact of the commercial team. This role will report directly to our Sr. Director of Sales Operations & Customer Excellence and partner closely with commercial and business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for creative thinking and foster a culture of excellence, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement. This will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth through the successful adoption of new tools, insights and practices, leading to better outcomes for our organization and clients.

What will you do?

  • Lead and be responsible for change management strategies for enterprise and Corporate Account programs supporting the expansion and adoption of foundational tools, insights and processes.

  • Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies that address the human aspect of change to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and increase impact realization.

  • Partner with corporate account leadership to support the launch of new commercial programs, designing and developing content delivery that meets program objectives.

  • Supervise and evaluate the success of change management initiatives using data-driven insights and key performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.

  • Take ownership for sales training strategy, tools, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.

  • Effectively communicate the value of commercial tools, insights and processes that account for the needs of all users and deliver benefits that resonate with our clients.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for key commercial processes, aligning them with systems and tools to optimize efficiency.

  • Assess effectiveness of team tools and processes to identify barriers to execution and implement solutions that enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Lead the development of commercial training curriculum with diverse assets, providing comprehensive commercial training, delivering courses personally where vital.

  • Partner with key collaborators to coordinate strategies that leverage generative AI capabilities for improved sales performance.

  • Build organizational partnerships and leverage existing divisional commercial training materials to create standardized and impactful training content.

  • Provide recommendations on strategies to help improve the sales function and offer solutions to make them stronger and more effective in their roles

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years sales operations, commercial training, change management, or related field

  • Experience working with a commercial organization preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Validated experience in leading change management initiatives within large organizations with proficiency in tools and methodologies for change management and training.

  • Champion of inclusive and collaborative environments to ensure different perspectives are integrated into organizational change and sales strategies.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong process orientation, excellence in collaboration and the ability to influence team members in a cross-functional environment are keys for success.

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, including delivering presentations.

  • Strong communication, written and presentation skills to collaborate optimally and articulate strategies to partners and across departments.

  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Salesforce.com.

  • An excellent teammate with a bias for action and driving projects to maximum utilization.

  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including VPs, directors, managers, subject matter authorities and end-users.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
