Job Description: As a caregiver with Grandma's Helping Hands LLC, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients. Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up.
- Escorting clients to appointments and outings.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
