Title: Accreditation Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, required to be Onsite at least 3 days a week, Oakland, PA

Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm

Type: Direct-Hire/Permanent

Overview: Are you ready to lead impactful initiatives in a dynamic and prestigious environment? We are seeking a talented Accreditation Project Manager to join a leading institution in Oakland, PA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of accreditation, CQI, and program evaluation efforts.

• Develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines for projects.

• Communicate project updates and changes effectively to stakeholders.

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify and address gaps in accreditation and program requirements.

• Support strategic initiatives and projects as directed by senior leadership.

• Manage the financial and administrative aspects of projects as required.

• Draft reports, handle external correspondence, and create other project-related communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree is required

• At least 4 years of direct experience with planning, design, and execution of accreditation, CQI, and program evaluation efforts.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage large or complex projects.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in creating timelines and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage financial and administrative tasks for projects.
