Title: Accreditation Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, required to be Onsite at least 3 days a week, Oakland, PA
Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm
Type: Direct-Hire/Permanent

Overview: Are you ready to lead impactful initiatives in a dynamic and prestigious environment? We are seeking a talented Accreditation Project Manager to join a leading institution in Oakland, PA. Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of accreditation, CQI, and program evaluation efforts.
Develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines for projects.
Communicate project updates and changes effectively to stakeholders.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify and address gaps in accreditation and program requirements.
Support strategic initiatives and projects as directed by senior leadership.
Manage the financial and administrative aspects of projects as required.
Draft reports, handle external correspondence, and create other project-related communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree is required
At least 4 years of direct experience with planning, design, and execution of accreditation, CQI, and program evaluation efforts.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage large or complex projects.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating timelines and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial and administrative tasks for projects.
