Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a thriving construction company in the Strip District. This part-time, temporary-to-permanent position offers the right candidate a hybrid work schedule, including three work-from-home days per week, and a maximum of 25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process invoices from all departments via email and USPS.

• Enter invoice information into the accounts payable system.

• Review vendor statements, reconcile balances, request copies of missing invoices, and address discrepancies with vendors.

• Respond to vendor payment inquiries.

• Perform additional office functions as directed by the Controller.

Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a related role.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices.

• Strong data entry skills.

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Excel Formulas.

• Experience with QuickBooks software.

• Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista software.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business relationships.

• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• High level of organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
