Job Title: Project Admin

Job Description

The Project Admin will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails during the company's busy season. The ideal candidate must have previous customer service or sales experience. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.

  • Assist with data entry and administrative support tasks.

  • Maintain organized filing systems.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Previous customer service or sales experience.

  • Proficiency in data entry and administrative support.

  • Ability to answer telephone calls professionally.

  • Bilingual skills (preferred).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Strong organizational skills.

Work Environment

The position is on-site, in the office. No personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
