Medical Device Assemblers - First Shift

Overview of the Role

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be responsible for the sub-assembly, final assembly, and quality checks of our products. The ideal individual will need to be able to work with small parts and able to use hand tools to assemble the products and must adhere to all quality and production standards.

Who You'll Work With

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager while working closely with Shipping & Receiving, Manufacturing Engineers, and the Assembly team. You will support the manufacturing department with the production of all medical device products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical device products in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.

  • Assemble parts using hand tools and fixtures; must be able to handle small parts.

  • Actively participate in set-up/clean-up activities.

  • Participate in device assembly in accordance with procedures within a clean room environment.

  • Focus on paying attention to details throughout all stages of assembly to meet quality objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or relevant experience.

  • Ability to use fine motor skills and pay attention to detail.

  • Possess strong hand dexterity for intricate hand assembly.

  • Prior manufacturing experience involving intricate hand assembly is preferred.

  • Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
