All Things Metal is a structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator and erector located in Phoenix, Arizona, off of Central and Pinnacle Peak. We are a fast-paced environment with an existing culture in a challenging industry. We are looking for individuals to help take us to the next level and are here to stay.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s safety policy, procedures, and practices

• Develop and execute safety plans

• Conduct and oversee new hire safety training

• Conduct and oversee safety inspections (shop and field, internal and external)

• Facilitate and manage safety trainings

• Attend safety committee meetings

• Ensure that teams are conducting weekly safety meetings

• Monitoring compliance with OSHA and company procedures

• Receives and maintains safety records

• Accident and incident report investigation

• Managing corrective actions

• OSHA log record keeping

• Injury management

• Policy compliance management

• Assist in other tasks, as appointed by supervisor

  Skills needed

• Strong communication skills

• Organization skills

• Time management

• Problem solving

• Word, Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn new programs

  Certifications a plus, or the ability to obtain

• OSHA 30 construction

• First Aide/CPR

• Telehandler

• Forklift

• Aerial Lift

• Rigging

• Scissor Lift
