Honeywell Global HR Director in Phoenix, Arizona

Global HR Director | Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE

As the Global HR Director for Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives of the Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE teams. One primary focus area is on accelerating growth and this role develop talent strategies and actions to help drive organic and inorganic (M&A) growth.

You will report directly to the Vice President Human Resources. This role supports an ALT member, GBE VPGM, and other E band leaders on their teams. You will work closely with these leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture within the Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives for the Law & Contracts, Strategic Licensing, and Navigation & Sensors GBE teams

• Drive talent acquisition and talent management processes for these specific areas

• Partner with HR COE leaders to drive employee engagement and development programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or a related field

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Experience in the legal, contracts, strategic licensing, or navigation & sensors industry

• Experience in talent acquisition and talent management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
