Job Title: Foreclosure AssistantJob Description

The Foreclosure Assistant is tasked with handling incoming calls from borrowers concerning their defaulted mortgages. This role demands excellent customer service skills to address and resolve issues effectively. The assistant will frequently utilize vendor-related software to manage cases and must ensure timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.

Hard Skills

  • Prior foreclosure experience

  • Servicing experience

  • Basic understanding of escrow, tax, and insurance

Soft Skills

  • Calm demeanor in stressful situations

  • Effective communication with pleasant voice and proper grammar

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

This role operates in a business casual environment from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The position is part of a small, family-owned company, mainly within the customer service department, which constitutes about 10-20% of the role's responsibilities. The Foreclosure Assistant will report to a direct supervisor.
