U-Haul Customer Research Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical, curious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for studying customer behavior, analyzing online reviews, and interpreting customer feedback to provide actionable insights to improve our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior through various channels, including online reviews, surveys, and social media.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and key insights from customer feedback to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting purposes.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer behavior analysis, market research, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with text analytics and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS.
