Job Title: B2B Collections Analyst

Job Description

Join our dynamic Accounts Receivable team as a Collections Analyst, where you will provide essential support and coordination to our billing functions. This role involves managing a large book of accounts, collecting on past due balances, issuing invoices upon request, and resolving any invoice disputes. You will assist customers by tracking all returns and credits and focus on handling collections for accounts with high delinquencies. Your portfolio will consist of 1,000 to 4,000 customers, with account balances of less than $10,000. Utilizing our 'Get Paid' system, you will follow a predefined strategy, contacting customers via email or phone as necessary, ensuring timely replies and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Hard Skills

• Experienced in B2B collections

• Ability to manage detailed and large portfolios

• Experience with collecting on large accounts

• Proficient in Accounts Receivable processes

• Ability to work effectively in a team

Job Type

This is a 4 Months Contract-to-Hire position. Previous hires have converted to permanent employees within 4-6 months, and have gone on to be promoted to management level.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
