Work in a team environment and provide support via telephone, e-mail, chat and other media for our clients.
Work closely with the client end-users providing application support Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting
• Strong communication, reasoning and logic skills.
• Experience with customer service or customer-facing responsibilities is an advantage
• Successful history working in a team environment
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 3 years experience as an accounting support analyst is required.
• Accounting Software experience
• Experience with U.S. Payroll process, preferred
