Job Title: Warehouse Customer Support Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Customer Support Associate who is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong computer skills. The ideal candidate should have a high sense of ownership and urgency, a professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that inventories are accurate and materials flow properly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.

• Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are synchronized.

• Perform cycle counting and material stock management.

• Ensure materials are appropriately allocated for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.

• Contribute to cross-functional efforts in fulfilling parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Essential Skills

• Experience with warehouse management systems OR STRONG COMPUTER EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in using RF Guns for inventory control.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry and inventory software programs.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

• Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.
