Job Description Summary

The Research Coordinator will assist with research project coordination.

Job Description

The Research Coordinator will schedule the students to receive their vaccines. They will ascertain the need for group sessions, how many, hours and work with ASHE to ensure the medical facility can accommodate the request and the number of students.

The RC will create a package of all req materials to receive a vaccine: consent, health insurance card, immunization history to include adverse reactions etc. and present to health professional.

The RC will collect and collate narrative inquiries as well as surveys from students and parents to be incorporated in the town hall sessions and marketing campaign for the students.

The RC will also collect information in excel spread sheets and templates to facilitate data analysis from the statistician.

The Research Coordinator candidate will ideally have experience in the following areas:

  • Grassroots work in communities of color.

  • Comfortable working with children and families.

  • Health related experience e.g. medical office, scheduling, received patient calls, familiar with electronic health records.

Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range

$7.25 - $14.00 Hourly Rate

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
