Job Description
Process Control Clerk - 2nd Shift - TastePoint North, PA
We are currently looking for a Process Control Clerk to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. Process Control Clerks handle high volumes of administrative tasks for the Finished Goods Planning department prior to sending shop floor paper packets to the production floor to manufacture. Processing packets timely and accurately is crucial to meeting customer needs.
This position is a second shift role with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
You Will Spend Your Time...
Printing and Collating batch sheets and labels based on the order assignment provided by the department planner
Reviewing live supply and demand in ERP systems and making informative decisions on customer and/or affiliate orders
Generating production schedules and releasing production packets as needed by production planner
Revising and Rescheduling Production orders for production and planners as needed.
Interfacing with customer service and production planners with respect to order requirements
Reviewing and responding to emails
Assisting with shared departmental duties
Job Requirements
Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Required Experience
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
Previous experience with a manufacturing ERP system preferred
