AsaValetAssociate,you’llbe responsible forprovidingexceptional customer service.ÂMeets and greets residents andprovidesguidance andassistanceto meet the needs of residents,tenantsand guests as well as park owner, guest and associate vehicles in the garageutilizingthe garage car elevator.Â

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

• Greet and open the doors for residents
• Park owner, guest and associate carsutilizingthe garage car elevatorsÂ
• Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional mannerat all timesÂ
• Assisthomeowners in and out of vehicles as well as all valet requestsÂ
• Communicate regularly with conciergeregardingimportant resident informationÂ
• Providedirections to local parks, restaurants, airports,Â
• Call for taxi, limo service as neededÂ
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude andmaintainprofessional appearance as outlined by Association and company policyÂ
• Proactivelyassistwith packages andÂ
• Report maintenance or cleaning requirements to managementÂ
• Assistconcierge during busy periods and break times, as neededÂ
• Assistwith trash removal as neededÂ
• Assistwith dog walking for residents, asÂ
• Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or managementÂ

• Assistwith snow shoveling and ice melt applicationÂ

• Assistwith placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow eventsÂ

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

• High school diploma or equivalencyÂ
• Two (2) years of customer service experienceÂ
• Valid drivers’ license and satisfactory driving recordÂ
• Effective written and verbal communicationÂ
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsrequiredÂ
• Assistwith placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow eventsÂ
