The Wistar Institute has an opening for a Research Assistant to join the laboratory of Dr. Paul Lieberman. The successful candidate will have two major responsibilities: 1) managing lab operations, including managing lab supplies and instrumentation; and 2) assisting with molecular and cellular biology experiments.
A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required. Basic molecular and cell biology experience is required. Familiarity with cell culture, Western blotting, recombinant DNA, and protein purification is preferred.
