Sodexo Live's! Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Manager at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). An oasis away from the airport hustle, the American Airlines Admirals Clubs/Lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports.

Grow your culinary career! We are seeking candidates with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our team. We are seeking a Kitchen Manager with food preperation experience and the ability to supervise the lounge food program.

The Kitchen Manager must be flexible to work a varied schedule to include some days, nights and weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for menu compliance, food production, food quality/presentation, safety/sanitation;

• ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;

• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members;

• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards; and/or

• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

• a kitchen management background and the ability to delegate with confidence;

• excellent mentoring/leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards;

• prior kitchen management experience within a restaurant, lounge or other hospitality-focused venue;

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
