Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of our IT systems. The Help Desk Analyst will be a key point of contact for our internal teams, assisting them with their technical queries and ensuring that they can work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems

• Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases

• Conduct timely repair of IT equipment and update system configurations as needed

• Work collaboratively with the IT team to address and resolve issues

• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel

• Aid in the support of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, Active Directory, and Configuration Management

• Provide phone support and assistance in a call center environment

• Maintain and enhance knowledge of the EPIC EMR system

• Ensure connectivity of IT systems for all users

• Provide excellent customer service to all users, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft and Microsoft Access is essential

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Active Directory

• Practical experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Connectivity issues

• Prior experience in a Help Desk Analyst role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry is desired

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with IT standards and best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Willingness to work in shifts as help desk operates round the clock
