ARAMARK Digital Communications Strategist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Communications Strategist to work alongside the Corporate Web Manager to continuously improve the performance, content, and user experience across US and international websites. The web strategist will also provide reporting through Adobe Analytics across the different lines of businesses to provide insights into website performance.

This candidate will have experience in SEO strategies, analytics reporting, and web usability. They will work to strengthen communications with all Aramark web editors through monthly newsletters and strategic communications through Microsoft teams channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting line of business and international team needs through new web page development and content edits to currently existing pages in Adobe Experience Manager

  • Working with Aramark teams to workshop new sections of the website which includes wireframing navigation, discussing user experience changes, and capturing requirements for new functionality requests

  • Maintain and improve functionality of current WordPress sites for line of business initiatives

  • Work with Marketing Analytics to improve content across the websites by monitoring/tracking KPIs with Adobe Analytics, Google Console, Hotjar, and other platforms

  • Implement SEO initiatives across the websites to improve readability and user experience for all visitors

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including all lines of businesses, Corporate Communications, and Sales, as well as outside agencies to identifying development needs and desired functionality to continue to improve the Aramark web experience

  • Work with our web agency through the project management tool to continuously develop web needs including new functionality, bug fixes, and any other web developments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree required

  • 2-5 Years of experience building content in Adobe Experience Manager

  • Proven experience using web analytics and usability platforms (ex. Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Google Web Tools, HubSpot)

  • Experience in SEO tools and keyword planning and implementation

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills

  • Experience with project management tools (ex. JIRA)

  • Ability to analyze data and analytics and recommend strategy and tactics to improve results

  • Strong time management skills
