Robert Half Customer Service Supervisor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

A local healthcare provider is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their growing team. This position as a Customer Service Supervisor will be an overnight shift. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to manage the operation and assure the integrity of security at the facility is maintained as all times. This Customer Service Supervisor role is a long-term contract position located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

How you will make an impact:

· Monitor service binders in assigned areas daily taking appropriate action to client concerns.

· Respond to concerns and requests with a sense of urgency and take necessary corrective action when needed.

· Participate in department safety and always maintain a safe work environment.

· Initiative-taking approach to identifying and correcting facility quality assurance concerns; timely follow-up required.

· Coach and develop hourly employees.

· Assign personnel to established work areas of project duties.

· Reviews duty lists with regular and relief associates periodically.

· Participates in staff selection process and interviews candidates as needed.

· Ensures that staff receive proper orientation, initial and on-going training.

· Attend and participate in departmental staff meetings on a scheduled basis.

· Plan and coordinate project work to ensure that proper frequencies are maintained.

· Ensures duty lists are always revised and current,

· Monitor daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance,

· Participate in facility quality assurance program as required.

· Ensures that proper supply control guidelines are followed, and staff is trained.

Requirements

· Healthcare and/or hospital experience is a big plus.

· Customer service experience

· Supervisory experience a must

· Longevity in positions – training will be provided.

· Works well independently

· Excellent communication skills
