Reference #: 2831422 Description TCM Supervisor Program Overview From shelter to self-sufficiency through strength-based case management. FaSST/Connections is a behavioral health case management unit that provides evaluation, linkage, and coordination of services to individuals and families living in various shelters throughout the City of Philadelphia. Position Overview The TCM Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the compliance of assigned Resource Coordinators with all applicable county and state mental health regulations governing the delivery of consumer-defined services to individuals with diagnosed mental health disorders, and provide supervision, coaching, and development to direct reports. Requirements Position Requirements Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Knowledge of mental health systems and community resources. Proven networking and supervisory skills. Completes supervision reports and other paperwork documentation in a timely manner. Possesses intermediate level computer skills. Specific Duties Manage, coordinate and direct activities of assigned Resource Coordinator to ensure necessary services are delivered. Provide direct service as may be required in emergency situations. Train and supervise staff in the completion of all required documents. Provide weekly supervision to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment. With the collaboration and support of the Program Director, provide coaching and counseling through formal supervision meetings and corrective actions when necessary to address any performance or policy violation concerns with case management staff. Collaborate with external teams such as, various shelters and stakeholders to ensure coordination between systems. Oversee and monitor individuals' assessment process. Facilitate team meetings. Acquaint supervisees with all consumers on the team's caseload and engage them in resolving issues related to complex  cases. Keep track of assigned supervisees' timesheets and approve vacation requests. Participate in agency and external meetings. Achieve mandated training hours. Regularly review charts, caseloads and placements. Perform other duties as required. Address and respond to incident reports and consumer complaints. Knowledge of Community Resources. Required Experience Master's Degree in a human service field, preferably social work, counseling or psychology. 3 years direct care experience in a mental health related field. One Year Supervisory Experience. A valid driver's license.

RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received wit in 8 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
