Your responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Requirements - Well-founded grasp of Civil Litigation

• LexisNexis experience preferred

• Quality experience with documentation

• Earlier work involving Defense Litigation

• Wide ranging experience with medical malpractice

• 3M experience desired

• Deep understanding of Legal software

• General familiarity with Claim Administration

• Expertise in Case Management Software

• Proven knowledge of Briefing

• Good understanding of personal injury defense

• Management System experience

• Practical knowledge of Complaint Handling

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Above-average academic credentials and references

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Great attention to detail

• Licensed attorney with 7+ years of experience
