Job Summary

Responsible for a variety of programs involving business reengineering efforts that support operations and customer experience. Works with a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from all divisions to understand current challenges. Works to define current processes that support the Marketing, Provisioning, Customer Care and Technical Operations and defines the future state that will be enabled through technology. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. This role is in office. (Philadelphia, PA)

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance and Legal.

  • Develops scalable processes to support and benefit the Company's architecture vision.

  • Deconstructs technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development.

  • Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.

  • Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas: problem statements, process flows, gap analyses and solution recommendations.

  • Develops repeatable and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.

  • Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment.

  • Diagnoses, corrects and documents issues, risks and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Data Governance

  • Organized and host bi-weekly production meetings and governance review sessions with business stakeholders

  • Gather and compile content for meetings based on latest change requests updates

  • Proactively update all relevant tools (ex: Jira) with latest change request updates

  • Assist other team members with closing action items to complete various production change requests

  • Own various production change requests including: analyzing and defining clear business requirements, defining all necessary reference data, clarify open questions developers may have, and test requests to ensure it meets business requirements

  • Proactively and continuously update all related content to ensure documentation remains current as the team processes various business requests

  • Testing Support

  • Build test plan based on scope of work planned for the release, focusing on product catalog impacts

  • Define and execute test cases to ensure all business requirements are being met

  • Proactively identify and document defects when the system isn’t performing according to the defined requirements

  • Coordinate with testing teams to ensure catalog impacting features are being tested correctly throughout the system

  • Serve as key liaison for testing teams, addressing and clarifying product catalog-related questions and issues

  • Reference Data Definition

  • Coordinate with developers to define the reference data that needs to be loaded into the system

  • Gain comprehensive understanding of business requirements to accurately input data into product catalogs

  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency and synchronization across the system

  • Validate all reference data looks accurate during testing cycle(s)
