Key responsibilities:

• Process accounts payables

• Process monthly invoicing

• Process billing & record manufacturer commissions

• Prepare monthly journal entries and monthly bank reconciliations

• Perform gross profit analysis

  Requirements

The ideal Inside Accounting Associate candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

Other requirements for the Accounting Associate position include and are not limited to:

• 1+ years of accounting experience, especially with journal entries

• Strong MS Office skills

• Experience with NetSuite or Quickbooks

• Ability to work independently as well as being a team member
