Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist responsible for handling all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will work with our ERP system, maintain accurate records, and ensure the cleanliness of the shipping department.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving duties, including logistics and order selection.

• Read and follow daily press schedules to meet production needs.

• Accurately record activities in required documentation and daily logs.

• Understand and process customer orders and artwork efficiently.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the shipping department.

• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (training on Radius will be provided).

• Ability to read and follow production schedules and customer orders.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management.

• Basic computer skills.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean facility where shipping personnel won't get dirty. This is a first shift position with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
