We are MDE (Multi-Device Experience) group which is a part of the Wireless Communication Solution BU to deliver first-in-class solutions to the wireless industry and creates the next generation of innovative Multi-Device

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our DevOps and Backend team in a growing product used by hundred of thousands of users (soon too be tens of millions).

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.

  • managing the DevOps processes, cloud environment and technologies to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our solution.

  • This role requires a strong technical background in both DevOps practices and backend development, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Passion and enthusiasm for DevOps.

  • 3+ years of experience in leading an engineering team.

  • 3+ years' of experience in Cloud Infrastructure serving high-scale production grade SaaS applications on one of the major CSPs (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  • 3+ years in developing a SAAS application. Preferably in node.js

  • 2+ years working with Unix/Linux systems systems with hands-on experience in shell scripting - Bash, ZSH, Shell, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with containers and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, helm, etc.)

  • Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development

  • Experience with CI/CD best practices and concepts

  • Hands-on experience with one or more Infrastructure as Code technology (Terraform/Cloud Formation/CDK/Pulumi).

  • Proven multitasking ability while maintaining high quality of deliverables.

  • Excellent design and analytical skills.

  • Experience with git source control

  • Fluent in English, good writing skills

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
