We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Performing data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensuring the correctness of data by cross-verifying entries

• Handling repetitive processes with a high level of accuracy

• Working effectively in a loud, on-site environment

• Assisting with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tasks as required

• Utilizing computer data entry skills for record keeping and data management

• Adapting to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and dealing with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events

• Ensuring all entered information is up-to-date and accurate

• Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

• Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to data entry.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

• Familiarity with Computer Data Entry systems and procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
