Honeywell Lead Field Service Technician in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania

As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and service to our customers in the Industrial Controls and Networking field. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise in Ethernet, PLC, industrial controls, and networking, combined with your guidance and multitasking skills, will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7 days on call rotation every 4-5 weeks, will be traveling throughout surrounding areas.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers in the industrial controls and networking field.

  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for ethernet, plc, industrial controls and networking solutions.

  • Applying safe practices to the installation and troubleshooting of modern building automation systems

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of field service engineering or related field.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Willing to travel within service area.

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in ethernet, PLC's or industrial controls and networking.

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong guidance and multitasking abilities

  • Effective communication and people-oriented skills

  • Experienced in MS Office.

WE VALUE

  • Field experience in HVAC, industrial or fire controls or mechanical inspections.

  • Previous technical/installation experience.

  • Displays industry professionalism such as work ethic, communication, and time-management.

  • Previous customer service experience.

  • Good written and oral communication.

  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes.

  • Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certification
