Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY: GS-09: $62,517 - $81,272 GS-11: $75,640 - $98,330 Responsibilities You will conduct a variety of studies related to substantive programs, process and functions of the Supply Department. You will generate written reports, charts, graphs, and/or briefings to supervisors and managers. You will obtain corporate metrics of project performance, compare with current performance, analyze and determine where improvement is needed to meet expectations. You will plan, coordinate, and provide guidance and support to supervisors based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation, and technical evaluations. You will perform precise analysis of collected data, recognize weakness in work/shop processes, and formulate/recommend meaningful solutions that result in improvements to line and/or operating programs. You will provide oversight of Supply related programs by pulling data, analyzing metrics and using statistical analysis to, formulate recommendations that will positively impact operations and work standards. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies of supply programs, processes, or functions; analyzing performance data; and making recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies of supply programs, processes, or functions; analyzing performance data; and generating reports for senior personnel to utilize for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
