We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing Electrical products US business & team as an Agile Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will enable our organization's transformation towards business agility & optimize our use of Atlassian tools (including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management).

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

Scaled Agile Implementation & Execution Coordination:

  • Pragmatic implementation scaled agile frameworks tailored to our Electrical Products organization's needs for better faster prioritized business value delivery.

  • Develop and Monitor KPIs related to business & team

  • Organize & Facilitate Lean-Agile Workshops & Ceremonies

  • Champion adoption of lean-agile best practices with cross functional teams in collaboration with external Agile Coaching Consultants

  • Manages stakeholder engagement for effective change management and integrated strategic objective down to user story

Atlassian Stack Expertise & Business support:

  • Be the go-to person for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) best practices & governance execution.

  • Collaborate with IT Atlassian service to customize and optimize Jira/JSM configuration and related Tableau / Jira dashboards.

  • Help implement Knowledge curation best practices in Confluence/otherwise, especially in support of Generative AI initiatives.

  • Develop training content & Train users in maximizing Atlassian stack self-service.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years of experience in agile transformation, people process and technology.

  • 5 plus years of experience in agile coaching and Atlassian tools expertise

  • BS in IT, Engineering, or related field.

  • SAFe Certifications & Atlassian products.

  • Must be eligible to work on the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Products industry background strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

  • Workshop facilitation skills

  • The pay range for this position is $97,500 - $167,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
