Scope and General Purpose of Job:

• Assist Chef de Cuisine in the running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of outlets and banquets, following the hotel’s standards and financial goals.

• To ensure that culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

• Experienced working in high-end restaurants as a Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie ready to step up to the next position.

• Creative & passionate by nature, and someone who keeps up with new trends

• Focused on quality and consistency with a keen eye for detail

• Hand on in-depth knowledge and skills in BBQ or Grill restaurants with a creative and modern twist.

• Positive outlook & team player with good communication
