The Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Operations will take an innovative, focused approach to ensuring the Global Talent Acquisition organization is performing with speed, quality and clarity while making sure all the trains run on time.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong analytical capabilities, sharp eye for business and a “get stuff done” mentality. This candidate will use a structured approach to drive TA strategy, to develop operation plans. This will enable innovative solutions that increase the effectiveness of the distributed team. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Delivery and Operations. This position is a member of the TA Leadership Team.

A day in the Life:

  • Collaborates with senior leadership to develop TA goals and plans to meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on TA operations projects and systems.

  • Develops Talent Acquisition technology strategy, roadmap, and solutions to improve processes and use of resources.

  • Ensures global compliance with applicable legislation and requirements to mitigate any risks, e.g., GDPR, EEO, Non-Compete reviews, etc.

  • Partners with Finance and senior leadership to plan and lead TA's global budget $50M.

  • Collaborates with all HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to carry out TA’s goals and objectives.

  • Ensures departmental decisions and project plans for staffing, resource deployment, and priorities are in line with the organization’s Strategic Operating Plan (STRAP) and vision.

  • Partners with People Analytics and TA Leadership Team to create and implement performance, utilization and satisfaction metrics. Reviews metrics regularly, finds opportunities for improvement, and develops and implements strategy to drive improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 12+ years professional experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Information Systems, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.

  • Experience enabling and leading global recruiting teams in high volume environments.

  • In-depth understanding of the Talent Acqusition function and related business concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Knowledge of recruitment technology (Workday HCM and Recruit, Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing, and Phenom). Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing integrated solutions across a global enterprise.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative approaches to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions. The objective is to yield positive impact.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of vendor management, TA technology pricing and commercial models, Statement of Work (SOW) development, and contracting.

  • Consistent track record to seamlessly cross between planning and tactical execution

  • Ability to simplify the complex and operationalize with consistent execution.

  • Capability to influence with direct and indirect accountability.

  • Delivery orientation with excellent organizational, project management and analytical skills. Strong communication skills required.

  • Proven work ethic,, The ability to succeed in an environment of ambiguity due to organizational change.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
