Decades old, closely held , real estate development and investment company seeks a Senior Accountant to join their office in Morris County.

Working alongside the management team, this role will be responsible for preparing financial statements for multiple entities via QuickBooks, working with the outside tax preparers to provide necessary details and supporting statements, providing direction to the other office staff as it relates to accounts payable. Ability and desire to work in a small office, experience with real estate and development and a degree in accounting are required for this role.

Requirements

· B.S. in Accounting

· 5 to 10 years related accounting experience

· Experience in Real Estate a plus

· Strong Excel skills

· Experience using Quickbooks

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Able to work well in a fast paced environment

· Attention to detail
