Description:

Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using a keyboard, or scanner

Type in data provided from hard copy documents to be converted to electronic documents

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Update existing data

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Data entry experience

Fast typing skills

Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment

Communication both oral and written and customer service skills

Great attention to detail

Available Shifts

1st shift - $18.00/hr - Monday - Friday 7a-3p

2nd shift - $19.80/hr - Monday - Friday 3p-11p

3rd Shift - $20.70/hr - Sunday - Thursday 11p-7a

4th Shift - $18.00/hr - Tuesday-Friday - 7am - 3pm, Saturday - 8am-4pm, Off Sunday and Monday
