West Virginia Employer Assistant Store Manager - South Parkersburg in Parkersburg, West Virginia

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of two years of retail experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus. Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to employees, customers and employers. Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening upon offer of employment. JOB DESCRIPTION: Will assist the Store Manager in the overall operation, leadership, and performance of a retail store including meeting sales goals and budgets. Ability to manage aspects of retail stores as well as donation/inventory control. Supervisor skills needed to manage operation and transportation crews. Some travel required.
