Position Summary: Under the direction of the CNO, Nursing Director: Inpatient Services, this position encompasses the provision and management of patient care through implementation of the nursing process, delegation to and supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care. Additionally, this position is responsible to manage and utilize departmental resources (including but not limited to staff & equipment, as well as disposable and durable medical supplies) in support organizational and departmental goals through implementation and managing administration strategies.
