Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador
Location: Planet Playskool & NERF Action Xperience, Paramus, New Jersey
Reports To: Operations Lead/Operations Manager
Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Planet Playskool & NERF Action Xperience as a Guest Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service-oriented team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our visitors. Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
• Greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide information about the attractions, exhibits, and facilities.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure EVERY guest leaves having a memorable experience.
- Safety:
• Monitor all guests at each attraction to ensure everyone is playing in a safe manner.
• Perform all opening/closing checklists keeping the attractions in top condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist guests in need of help/first aid.
- Attraction Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the attraction's history, exhibits, and upcoming events.
• Continuously update knowledge on any changes or additions to the attraction.
• Share information with visitors to enhance their understanding and enjoyment and ensure we deliver on our Guest Experience KPIs.
- Crowd Management:
• Monitor and manage visitor flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Assist in crowd control during peak times or special events.
- Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other frontline team members and departments.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding visitor feedback and operational issues.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous amusement or attractions experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
