Job Title: Food and Beverage Ambassador
Location: Planet Playskool & NERF Action Xperience, Paramus, New Jersey
Reports To: Operations Lead/Operations Manager
Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage enthusiasts to join our growing team! As a key member of our F&B team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our visitors. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, and have a love for food, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant and exciting environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Uphold food safety standards as you prepare and serve fresh food daily.
• Work alongside your teammates to keep all areas of the cafe clean while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
• Fulfill guests’ orders through our point-of-sale system. Maintain accurate count of all cash and credit card transactions.
• Ensure best-in-class guest experience with our Café operations.
• Upsell and ensure core daily KPIs are met or exceeded!
Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
