VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 2/3 days a week in Panama City, FL.Responsibilities:Perform routine analysis, assessment, and buildout of Program Support Data (PSD) Sheets, to support the client's quarterly and fiscal year requirementsAdapt and learn to navigate the client’s requirements, policies, and regulations, that strictly govern the funding requirements of Department of the Navy (DoN) yearly budgets, specifically within Supply, Support, and LogisticsContinue to develop your financial management skill set within the federal government accounting sphereWork side by side with federal government client as neededBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of DoD relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree and 10 years of experienceExperience working with both Naval Acquisitions and SustainmentAbility to perform financial analysis and review of DoN quarterly/yearly fiscal year budgetsFamiliarity with Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS), the DoN's tool for identification of the end item supply support requirements used for budgeting and fundingUnderstanding of Department of Navy Parts and Spares Accounting ProcessesAbility to operate successfully in a high-tempo environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPointActive DoD Secret Clearance requiredNice To Have:General knowledge of the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS)Experience with NAVSEA IWS, Integrated Warfare Systems This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
