Randstad is looking to add candidates to our 3rd shift Machine Tender Team! Full/Temp to hire positions! Pay starting at $20.75/hour. Experience needed. Email us today!

• The machine operators not only program the machines, but they also work with the material handlers on the line, with the suppliers on the mezzanine who are feeding the candy into the machines, they notify the inventory team when they need additional products, they communicate with quality when there are issues with the bags, and with the supervisory team when issues need to be escalated. Communication Skills are very important

• The ideal candidates need to have great attendance and willing to work night shift. If a machine operator calls off and there is no back up, it could result in needing to send home 10-15 material handlers home since there is no one to run the line they're working at.

• Knowledge & willingness to learn in a team based environment

• Experience measuring for proper alignment requirements using a ruler

salary: $20.75 - $20.76 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 11:45 PM - 7 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities
