Insight Global Surgical Sales Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Job Description

  • Implement sales strategies to promote our plastic surgery services and increase patient bookings.

  • Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures, working closely with plastic surgeon, and operating room staff.

  • Provide detailed information about our services, including pricing, financing options, and post-operative care.

  • Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing additional information and addressing any concerns or questions.

  • Conduct patient consultations along surgeon, providing information about surgical procedures, answering questions, presenting quote, and collecting deposit

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

  • Arrange post-operative and follow-up appointments for patients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

-Assist Operative Team in obtaining any medical clearances needed for patient's procedure.

Skills and Requirements

-Experience with Next Tech EHR

  • Proficiency in CRM software and computer skills. - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential client.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures, terminology, and medical terminology is a plus

  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. null
