We are currently seeking an organized and dedicated File Clerk to join our team. This entry-level role requires no experience, making it an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start their administrative career. As a File Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining our filing system, ensuring all paperwork is correctly catalogued and easily accessible for our team. A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills are necessary to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain files in our database for easy retrieval.

• Assist with scanning and digital filing of documents.

• Distribute paperwork to appropriate personnel.

• Review, categorize, and file all incoming documents.

• Retrieve files upon request and manage file check-ins and check-outs.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
