Summary:

This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards, and will aid in designing, planning, and implementing policies and procedures for executive compensation programs and equity administration to ensure the organization is able to attract, motivate, retain, and reward senior level employees. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Total Rewards team, HR business partners, HRIS, Legal, IT, Corporate Communications, and various external vendors in order to administer executive compensation program(s) and support the implementation of new systems, process standardization, auditing, analysis, communications, compliance, etc.

Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assisting with analyzing and designing executive compensation programs to ensure programs attract, motivate, reward, and retain top talent.

  • Administering stock plan (equity) program(s) by processing employee grants, determining eligibility, calculating award values, coordinating grant notices, monitoring, canceling awards, etc.

  • Preparing release and exercise details for payroll and financial reporting.

  • Helping develop and draft materials to be presented to senior management and the Compensation Committee.

  • Supporting HR, legal and finance to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive. compensation including preparation of the proxy statement and filing of SEC documents.

  • Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of executive compensation expenses.

  • Participating in compensation surveys, conducting benchmarking and best practices analyses and developing recommendations.

  • Participating in a variety of projects within the Total Rewards team that includes broad-based compensation and benefits.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related area required.

  • 1 year of experience in Compensation, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, moderate to complex formulas, lookup functions, etc. preferred

  • Working toward or have certification in compensation, benefits, equity plans, etc. preferred

  • Experience with Human Resource Information systems (i.e., UKG, Oracle, Workday, etc.) preferred
